Pricing Philosophy

I’m very interested in communicating with you about the work you want to do to become a more conscious, effective and active interrupter of racism. Once I understand what you or your group needs, together we will make a decision about the price we both feel is fair and reasonable. While my time and expertise are valuable, I urge you not to use lack of ability to pay as a reason not to engage in this work. Do contact me to discuss options. In some cases, particularly for living room (or Zoom) conversations and places of worship, I am happy to accept an honorarium or donation of your choosing. In other cases, an hourly or per person fee can be agreed upon. I cannot and would not do this work without the support and guidance of friends and colleagues of color who advise me. Know that all money received will be used in the following ways:

· Regular donations to businesses and organizations which are led by people of color (Please consider making your own private donations to them)
